Originality report

When students order papers online, they have that big fear called plagiarism. A piece of writing that is not completely original and/or has fake resources, or resources not cited correctly, is worthless. But more than worthless, it will lead to charges of plagiarism from an instructor or professor. Every school/university has a plagiarism policy with pretty severe consequences – ranging from a “0” score for the assignment and to the expulsion from the course. There are even some extreme instances of expelling from the school. When you work with GreenEssay.com, plagiarism never has a chance to happen. As soon as a writer has completed a piece, it is sent over to our editing department for, among other things, a plagiarism scan. We use our in-house scan detection software, which is actually more comprehensive than those that instructors use. Not a piece of writing is ever delivered to a customer without passing this scan.

Just in case you are not familiar with the plagiarism detection process, here’s how it’s done at Green Essay. First of all, the piece is scanned through the software program. Immediately, it gets checked and compared with other writings that are “out there” on the web. This checking process is looking for similarities that are strong enough to “flag” that sentence, section, etc. as possible plagiarism. If anything is flagged, more analysis is run. There are a lot of commonly used phrases, quotations, and terms that may pop up. Those are not an issue. Sometimes, a section can pop up, but if you consider a piece as a whole, it might be quoted or cited. Again, this will not be a problem. An originality report is then generated, showing that everything is well. Only then the written piece gets released for delivery to a customer. Generally, anything under 3% similarity is acceptable. It means that there are probably some common phrases.
